Supporting Education and Innovation

Dorsett Hospitality International (DHI) is committed to empowering the next generation through innovation and education. In partnership with the Vocational Training Council (VTC), we support youth development via scholarships and joint initiatives. In 2021, we launched the Innovation and Technology Co-Creation Centre to foster IT education and industry collaboration in Hong Kong. To further spark entrepreneurial thinking, our Innovation Award and Seed Fund equip IVE students to tackle social and sustainability challenges—four finalist teams were even nominated by HKSTP for further support.

  • DHI proudly champions the next generation, recognising innovation as a vital driver in preparing youth for the future. Through long-term partnerships with the Vocational Training Council (VTC)—including scholarship schemes and joint initiatives—we remain committed to empowering young talent. In 2021, we established the Innovation and Technology Co-Creation Centre powered by Dorsett Hospitality International to nurture IT education in Hong Kong. This centre builds valuable connections between students and industry partners, helping to spark entrepreneurial ambition and expand learning opportunities.

    To further support young innovators, we launched the Innovation Award and Seed Fund, aimed at equipping second-year IVE Higher Diploma students with the tools and mindset to address pressing social and sustainability challenges. Out of 21 finalist teams, four earned nominations from the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) for further development support.

    We’re inspired by these achievements and will continue investing in initiatives that generate lasting, positive impact.
